Spritzes & Champagne Cocktail Recipes


1 part La Marca Prosecco
1 part Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur
Club soda
Orange slice
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add equal parts Prosecco and Aperol. Top with a dash of club soda, and garnish with an orange slice.
2 oz Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve
1 1/2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
3/4 oz Cointreau Liqueur
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Add Cointreau, vodka, fresh lime juice, and cranberry juice to shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne, pouring slowly to prevent overflow. Garnish with frozen cranberries


Chandon Brut Rosé
6 oz Belvedere Vodka
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 thin slice of fresh ginger
3 tbsp honey syrup
Add all ingredients into a blender, except for Chandon. Add the ice. Blend. Pour into a wine glass and top with Chandon Rosé. Garnish with mint and raspberry.
For honey syrup, blend 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water.
2 oz Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve
1 oz Hendrick's Gin
1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Combine gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.


1 3/4 oz Partida Blanco Tequila
1 oz Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur
2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Mionetto Prosecco floater
Shake Partida Reposado, Aperol, and grapefruit juice with ice and strain over fresh ice into a wine glass. Top with prosecco.
